2011 Fall Volleyball League

The MDSP/BAVA Fall volleyball program is designed for 9 -14 year old girls who are interested in learning and playing volleyball. Practices will start August 30, 2011 and run through October 30, 2011. All practices will be held at the Maryland Sportsplex.

Players will be divided up in the following age groups: 10 and under, 12 and under, 14 and under and placed on teams. Players participating in the 10 and under age group and 12 and under age group will practice on Tuesdays at the Maryland Sportsplex from 6pm-8pm. Players participating in the 14 and under age group will practice on Thursdays at the Maryland Sportsplex from 6pm-8pm.

Teams will compete in the Anne Arundel County Fall Volleyball League. No prior volleyball experience is necessary. Game times and locations will be determined by Anne Arundel County, but most games will be played on the weekends at local high schools.

The league will be coached by local high school and club volleyball coaches. However, we can always use parents help with coaching, and team organization. Please let us know if you are willing to help out. Cost for the league will be $150 per player and will include a team jersey.
