BAVA Scorekeeping Practice

After you have watched the scorekeeping online clinic, if you would like to practice your scorekeeping before your first tournament, BAVA will offer two opportunities:

Sunday, January 6 at the BAVA 16's tournament at Truxtun Rec Center.  Matches will be played between 8:30am-3pm.  This will be during a live CHRVA tournament, so the matches will move quick.  BAVA will have a tournament director there (Lauren), but she may not be able to sit with you the whole time to help with the scorekeeping.  Players are welcome to come with their parents for practice.  Be sure to bring all of your own supplies (pencils, pens, forms--most important is page 3!).

Sunday, January 13 4-5pm at the BAVA Riptide and Breakers practice at Truxtun Rec Center.  The two BAVA teams will scrimmage and players will have a chance to practice their scorekeeping.  BAVA will have a couple of coaches there to help players through the scorekeeping process.  Be sure to bring all of your own supplies (pencils, pens, forms--most important is page 3!).
