STEP #1
Register your team using the link below.  The cost will be $0.

Information you will need for team registration:
- team name
- all team member names
- all team member USA Volleyball numbers
- all team member email addresses

***Only use this registration one time for your team.
Do not do the Team registration for each team member.***

STEP #2 
Individuals submit their information and pay.  

Once you have registered your team, our Beach League Manager, Cay Sterling, will send your team members the link for individual registration.  In the individual registration, each team member will submit their own details and pay depending on how many players you have on your roster.

For the first session, please bring a copy of your current CHRVA card.

IMPORTANT:  Players must be registered with CHRVA to participate.  If you are currently on a BAVA (or other) club team, your current CHRVA registration is valid and will cover your summer participation!  Do not register again.  If you are not currently registered, click here to register with CHRVA. You can choose full, year-round membership, or a limited "Outdoor" membership good for summer training. Choose the one that best fits your needs. 

We understand changes happen; however BAVA has a refund policy in place to protect our organization.  We plan our resources based on the number of participants.  This policy applies to any type of withdrawal, including withdrawals related to COVID.

Leagues

* If you tell BAVA (via email bayvolleyball@gmail.com) 7 or more days prior to the start of the program that you are unable to participate, all but $15 of your individual registration fee will be refunded.

* If you tell BAVA (via email bayvolleyball@gmail.com) 0-6 days prior to the start of the program that you are unable to participate, program fees are non-refundable.

* If you tell BAVA (via email bayvolleyball@gmail.com) after the program has started that you are unable to participate, program fees are non-refundable.
